This is a beer your Dad will exclaim "now this is a beer I can drink!" Our beloved pilsner is brewed with sake rice from our dear friends at Isbell Farms, grown and harvested about 45 miles from the brewery in England, AR. We brew this beer simply, with premium pilsner malt, local rice, and a restrained dose of French hops to create an easy drinking yellow beer with delicate, floral top notes.
This beer is built on a classic British pub ale (or ESB) base of oats and lightly toasted barley. We then hopped the beer intensely, late in the boil, with our favorite Earl Grey Tea. This beer was dreamt up many moons ago between MB and Apple Blossom Brewing (Fayetteville), and we are proud to see it has become our flagship beer. Notes of honey, fresh black tea, and Italian oranges.
A Cuban coffee inspired brown ale brewed with milk sugar (lactose) and conditioned on locally roasted coffee by our friends Fidel & Co. (cafecito blend). Notes of invigorating espresso & chewy toffee.
This is our big, bad dark Belgian ale, brewed with a plethora of specialty malts including oats, caramel, and chocolate malt, fermented with Belgian abbey yeast and then rested on heapfuls of cacao nibs. Chocolate mousse on the nose, with notes of tootsie roll, caramel, and german chocolate cake. You won't believe this beer is 9.7% ABV, but trust--it is.
An IPA inspired by Joshua James’ beautiful yet tragic song "Pretty Feather." Brewed with pilsner malt and oats, mildly hopped at whirlpool, then dry hopped intensely with hops from New Zealand and Michigan. Intense nose of mango and good weed, a creamy body with further notes of pineapple, lime, and a touch of lime pith. The brewing of this beer is an exercise in creating something beautiful whilst "going through it."
We brewed this cider with 100% US grown apple juice, fermented dry, conditioned on vanilla and cinnamon, then backsweetened with mango juice. Big notes of tropical mango with a finish of zippy cinnamon.
Named after the same titled track from legendary local musician Adam Faucett’s 2025 album New Varations of the Reaper, this is our black lager brewed with Isbell Farms rice, black, and Pilsner malt, mildly hopped with the same hops we use in New Ground Pils. This beer's bark is worse than its bite, as it's an easy drinker. "She's a moonlight slave, she'll make you walk to your grave // And what she wants she will get, and what she wants she will get."
This cider is fermented with 100% apple juice until bone dry, then back sweetened (slightly) with blood orange juice and a tea of hibiscus flowers. As with all our ciders, we ferment with gluten reducing enzymes to ensure an extremely low gluten content. We get big mimosa notes, bright with red berries, currants, and that quintessential orange-with-something-extra that blood oranges bring before finishing dry and zippy.
Dreamt up by one of our bar leads (Conor) for his wedding beer. Grumpy Ginger is our happy saison brewed with pilsner, wheat, and honey malt, moderately hopped, and conditioned on fresh ginger and hand grated lemon zest. It's a remarkable brew for a remarkable couple, and a true pleasure to drink. We can't seem to make enough of this one, so if you see it on tap, better give it a go.
Slow braised Wagyu beef from our local cattle farmer, Sweetwater Cattle Company, mozzarella, and topped with (optional but recommended pepperoncini peppers) on ciabatta. Served with a jus of braising liquid and our Cuban Pull beer. Sweetwater Cattle have been supplementing their herd's diet with our spent grain for nearly a year now, and we are extremely proud of this partnership.
